Slovak Chamber of Executors
Slovak Chamber of Executors is a self-governing professional organization that associates all executors and administers their list.
It was created by code of NR SR no. 233/1995 Coll of codes on judicial executors and execution activities (Execution Rules) as amended by later regulations. Its seat is in Bratislava. An executor becomes member of the chamber as of the day of his/her appointment as executor. Membership in the chamber expires by his/her recall, death or presumption of death. Mission of the chamber and its bodies is to protect interests of executors profession, to supervise activities of executors and to administer other matters that the law entrusts with it.
