EUA profile
European Union of Attorneys is a voluntary interest non-profit civil association that associates natural persons, legal persons and other societies with aim to satisfy their interests and needs in the field of law, development and strengthening of mutual relationships of attorneys, notaries, judicial executors and bankruptcy administrators as well as workers in juristic theory, pedagogy and practice in the field of state administration at national level of Slovak republic and international level of member states of European Union and third states.
EUA objectives
The main objective of the association is to create favorable conditions to satisfy interests and needs in the field of law, its application in legislative, scientific and pedagogic activities and in advocacy practice, deepening legal ethics of its members but also other public at the national and multinational level through cooperation and expansion of mutual relationships with other bodies of state and public nature working in Slovak republic.
EUA membership
Proper individual and group members, honorable and affiliated members can become a member of the association. Association membership is voluntary and is not transferable to other person. Association´s board of directors decides on member acceptance under the conditions set in corresponding provisions of statute of association.
